Hey all!
I decided to not have any shows this week. I will resume next week.
Since this is a holiday week, I was going to do the feminism
show today and not do a show on Thanksgiving, but I have decided to take the entire Thanksgiving week off from the show.
I'll update the blog with info on next week's shows. I may even change the time of the shows as well.
So much going on right now!
Peace & blessings!

Miss Representation
Hello all!
I'm glad you joined me for yesterday's broadcast at 5pm EST on the topic of the documentary "Miss Representation."
"Miss Representation" is a documentary that was written, produced, and narrated by Jennifer Siebel Newsom, whose name I could not remember on yesterday's show. The documentary first aired on television on the OWN Oprah Winfrey Network the week of October 16th 2011.
If you'd like to catch the documentary check your local listings of the OWN channel to see when it's coming on again, invite some your besties and have a screening and a discussion forum afterwards. Make a party of it.
This documentary is all about how girls and women are misrepresented in the media - all types of media - music, videos, movies, news, television shows, and politics. Check it the site. Click HERE.
It expressed views from a diverse group teenage girls and boys and women - well-known and general public. I shared my favorite touching moments from the documentary on the radio show.
I also talked about the importance of communication about our feelings as women and particularly, listening to the teenage girls around you and pay attention to what they really saying through their behaviors and attitudes.
Open lines of communication is the key here.
Check out the broadcast in the archives on this site or click HERE.
Join me next Tuesday 11/22/11 for the topic "What is Feminism?". I will share my thoughts and resources on feminism and why I think it's important to embrace this philosophy nowadays.
Many blessings to you all!
Remember - Socrates said, "An unexamined life is not worth living." Talk about your experiences, share your life with others, and listen to what others are saying to you.
Peace & blessings!

New Show & Announcement
Hello everyone,
Today's show was short and to the point. I started off with reiterating Jennifer's loving departure from the show and went on to discuss to the new energy surrounding Soul SiSTARs from this day forward.
One of my passions as a woman of color has been to contribute to the well-being in some way or another to girls and women all over the world. Therefore, I decided to use the radio show for this purpose.
I had an embarrassing, somewhat scary moment right in the middle of talking on the show while walking down Main street. A huge dog ran towards a fence barking at me. It startled me and all that was caught on the radio. Oh well! I'm alive. The dog is alive. It's all good.
The regular show gets started again on Thursday 11/17/11 @ 11am EST. I will be talking about a very moving documentary that I watched on OWN called Miss Representation about the images of girls and women in the media.
Next Tuesday, I'll be giving an overview of feminism and my thoughts on it as a necessity these days to help raise awareness of the needs of all females and the consciousness of all girls and women.
Of course, next Thursday on the 24th it's Thanksgiving. So I will not be doing a show at all. I will be feasting like all of you.
Peace & blessings to you. Tune in this coming Thursday morning!
Hugs!

Updates & 11-11-11 Shifting Gears
Hello all!
Today I started the show for 11/10/11 with some updates. First of all, Jennifer Wardlaw will no longer be a part of the Soul SiSTARS radio show. She is moving on her path to something different. So let's wish her well and send her lots of light and healing energy as she moves forward on her path.
Today's show was a tricky one because I have studied lots of info on 11-11-11 and what I felt guided to talk about today was more about the angelic perspective of the numbers and the metaphor I believe it stands for.
The Universe is always sending us reminders about where we should be on our individual and collective paths.
Keep in mind that the number 1 is about oneness, union (unity), and wholeness. From an angelic perspective, 1 or 11 is about paying close attention to our thoughts as they manifest our desires more quickly than ever before as of late.
So when you put all that together it makes for an interesting, yet obvious conclusion. Find out what I discovered about this 11-11-11 phenomena in the archives of the show. Click HERE.
I will be working on changing the focus somewhat for Soul SiSTARS to more female-related topics and more creativity-related topics as well. I am embracing this opportunity to do some work to encourage and empower myself and other girls and women to shine their lights in the world.
Please stay tuned for these fun changes to Soul SiSTARS! In the meantime, I will be back next Thursday @ 9am EST, where my topic will be "Miss Representation."
Peace & many blessings. Thank you for being so supportive of us and walking with us throughout the changes on the show!
ONE love!

Aligning with Your Authentic Self through Prayer
On yesterday's show (11/3/11), I spoke with Rev. Diane Scribner-Clevenger from Pray Attention Ministries. We had a wonderful conversation on prayer and how to use it effectively.
Prayer is another form of meditation and Diane shared her experience and unwavering focus on sharing the importance of affirmative prayer, especially in today's world.
She was inspired by the Biblical scripture in 1 Thessaloanians 5:17, which says, "Pray without ceasing." She discussed the metaphysical interpretation of this holy text.
I asked her questions such as:
Please go check out the archived broadcast @ http://www.blogtalkradio.com/soulsistars or click the link on this blog to listen to it.
I'd like to share two prayers that have brought me a lot of comfort over the years.
Serenity Prayer
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I can not change.
The courage to change the things I can
and the wisdom to know the difference.
Prayer of Protection (Unity Church)
The light of God surrounds me,
the love of God enfolds me,
the power of God protects me;
and the presence of God watches over me.
Wherever I am, God is and all is well.
Please join Jennifer and I next week on 11/10/11 as we talk about Twin Flames and the 11-11-11 Gateway @ 9am EST. Peace & blessings!

Soul Guidance-"Letting Go"
Hi everyone : ) So today we changed the show to a Soul Guidance show because our guest couldn't be on for the Vegan and Vegetarian lifestyle show. We allowed Spirit to guide us and the topic flowed into "Letting Go." Some points we covered:
-Letting go of our defenses and shells/shields. Through allowing our emotions to bubble up to the surface, we can release whatever needs to be released. By letting go of our defenses and allowing ourselves to be vulnerable, we become invulnerable. Feel your feelings all the way through.
Quote: "To transform breakdowns into breakthroughs is the whole function of a master." ~Osho
-Letting go of the need to control. Our true control comes from BEING in this moment, surrendering, and accepting all that Life has to offer. When we make room for God to work through us, we will see miracles everywhere. When we detach from the need to know details and the outcome, we flow with Life.
-Letting go of the past. We can heal the past when we let go of it through forgiveness. In this moment we are either choosing to hold onto the past or we are accepting and letting go. When we let go, this helps us create a future that isn't just a repeat of our unforgiven past.
-Letting go of the need to identify with what we do rather than what we ARE. When we let go of identifying with roles, identifications, etc and free ourselves from that box, we can live a limitless Life. We are no longer playing it small or taking our human role so serious. Now we can play because we know we are Spirits/Being only playing the role of a human right now.
VIDEO: This is a Nature Wisdom Meditation I did on Vulnerability. When we are letting go, we are being vulnerable. This opens us up to Life and Love. Our strength comes from the willingness to be vulnerable and then we become invulnerable.
Next week, Tameko will be interviewing Rev. Diane Scribner Clevenger on "Aligning with Your Authentic Self through Prayer." So tune in for that interview next Thursday at 9 AM EST. Thanks for listening to this week's show! Have a beautiful weekend. We all are officially in a new chapter. Let's embrace it. : ) Namaste. <333

Ebb & Flow Show - Golden Light Meditation
On this morning's show, I shared the following 15-minute meditation. Use this at any time and as many times as you wish to keep you balanced and forever flowing with life in the BEST possible way.
Golden Light Meditation by Tameko
Take 3 deep breaths to center yourself. You want to be present in this moment. No distractions.
You are at the beach. Near the ocean. See a golden ray of light coming from the Heavens streaming gently through the top of your head, down your spine, and flowing into the core/center of the Earth.
Hold this image for at least 15 minutes. Notice the light pulsating waves of warm energy up and down your spine. Allow your natural flow of breathing to flow in synch with the pulsating waves of energy from the Golden Ray of Light.
Listen to the archived broadcast along with using this blog to get the full scope of the meditation. Do this for at least 15 minutes, more if you'd like.
I also asked these three questions to your subconscious and Higher Self.
1. What ebb is happening in your life now that requires you to go with the flow?
2. Are you willing to allow peace where there is so-called chaos?
3. Are you willing to accept that chaos is in truth Divine Order?
Breathe. Flow. Visualize. Ponder. Connect. Balance.
Peace to you! Namaste!

Ebb & Flow Oracle Card
"Ocean: Ebb and Flow" card by Steven Farmer
"The Ebb and flow of Life is never more clearly represented than in oceans' movements. The tides of these great bodies of water rise and fall in regular rhythms, and the waves continue to roll to the shores in endless and varied patterns, just as they have been doing for millions of years and will continue to do so for millions more.
These tides and waves maintain a relative predictability unless other foreseeable forces of Nature intervene, which have been known to happen. Hurricanes and Earthquakes, for instance, can have a dramatic effect on the characteristics of both tides and the waves.
The oceans cover 70 percent of the Earth, and the human body averages a composition of 70 percent water. The dynamic gravitational interaction of the sun and moon that moves these massive bodies of water and creates the shifting tides also affects our human bodies in ways that we respond to instinctually, often having a great deal more influence over our moods and emotional states than we're aware of.
An important aspect in the art of living is to move with the ebb and flow of your emotions, joining their fluidity but not being captured by it. It is also not necessary to become obsessed with any particular fluctuation in mood or feeling. They are simply emotions, often activated in ways that are completely beyond your understanding. When you neither minimize nor exaggerate the intensity and importance of your emotions, you then have a greater sense of when and how to express them.
You have been fighting the ebb and flow of your own feelings-denying your hurt, anger, or sorrow-by either attaching yourself to one or the other and nurturing it as if it were a nursing child, or else smoothing over your feelings with more practiced responses that deny and hide what is going on beneath the surface of your expression. When you attempt to constrict yourself from experiencing your emotions, it is much like trying to stem the tides that grow even more forceful with every attempt humans make to control them. Allow yourself to swim with these variations rather than resisting them."

Creative Flow
Hi everyone! So today Tameko and I did a show called Creative Flow. We were bringing back Tameko's former blog talk radio show called Creative Flow. We shared some writing tips and tips in general to get your creativity flowing, sacral chakra opened, and tapping into your inner child. I started the show off with two quotes. One by Alan Alda about Creativity and one by Julia Cameron, author of The Artist's Way, on how writing is healing:
“We should write because it is human nature to write. Writing claims our world. It makes it directly and specifically our own. We should write because humans are spiritual beings and writing is a powerful form of prayer and meditation, connecting us both to our own insights and to a higher and deeper level of inner guidance.
We should write because writing brings clarity and passion to the act of living. Writing is sensual, experiential, grounding. We should write because writing is good for the soul. We should write because writing yields us a body of work, a felt path through the world we live in.
We should write, above all, because we are writers, whether we call ourselves that or not.”
“Be brave enough to live life creatively. The creative is the place where no one else has ever been. You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. You can’t get there by bus, only by hard work and risk and by not quite knowing what you’re doing. What you’ll discover will be wonderful. What you’ll discover will be yourself.”
~Alan Alda

~Julia Cameron
Here were the tips we shared that Tameko has shared during workshops she has done and in her new book "Light in You Unlimited" coming out soon (this Fall), tips I share with clients for Soul Exercises between their Meta-Soul Coaching sessions, and exercises from The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron:
-Burning Bowls: Write down all fears, anything holding you back, negative thought patterns, and/or any negative ideas you have on pieces of paper. Light the papers on fire in a fire proof bowl. This will be a signal to Source that you are releasing all of this and are ready to replace it with something positive.
-Morning Pages: Julia Cameron shared a very healing exercise in The Artist's Way about writing 3 pages every single morning when you wake up. This is very meditative as you write whatever thoughts come to mind. There is no "right" way to write as long as you write for 3 pages right when you wake up. Be free and have fun with it. You can ask Source a question the night before and in the morning pages the answer can come to you if you truly listen.
-Thoughts of the Day: This is a great exercise to do if you have just moved, or have a new job or new relationship, etc. Write down before going to bed key moments that really stuck out for you through-out the day. It is good to document new experiences in your Life. You can also see the synchronicities in your Life and it gives you a clearer perspective on situations and lessons in your Life.
-Forgiveness Letters: Write a letter to whatever it is you want to release or that is holding you back. It can be a person, situation, yourself (ego), or emotions like guilt, fear, procrastination, etc. In the beginning of the letter write however you are feeling towards them. Put it ALL out there. Vent. Allow everything to bubble up to the surface. Then near the end of the letter or in a new letter think about/reflect on all that you have learned from this emotion, person, situation, and then release. Be totally honest with yourself. Show gratitude and fore-give. Because without them you wouldn't be here right now healing and moving forward.
Here is a Break-Up Letter I wrote to Fear on my blog. It was comical at times but also quite healing to write.
-Being Playful: This is a great technique in tapping into our inner child. PLAY! Play in paint, play dough, color in a coloring book with some crayons, watch a cartoon you liked as a child, listen to music from when you were a child, etc. Do anything fun and playful. This helps us to see the magic in Life, be in the present moment, and not take Life so seriously. Lighten up! ; )
-Everyday Meditations: In the Artist's Way, Julia talks about looking at everything as a meditation and a way to be creative. This can be done by cooking, baking, washing dishes, decorating, fun exercises, walking, etc. Anything you are doing, if you are mindful and totally into it, it becomes a meditation and it becomes a way to express creativity. This also taps into our inner child because as children everything we did was a fun adventure because we were totally one with whatever was at hand.
-Freedom Exercise: Julia also talks about writing down everything you aren't allowed to do that you would do if you could. Her examples were walking outside naked, punching your boss in the face, etc. The point of this exercise is to not judge ourselves for any thoughts or feelings we may have. To not suppress them because they aren't "good" things to do. This gives us the freedom to write however we feel and to remember we aren't those feelings so allow them to move. This is a good exercise to vent and confront any anger feelings we may have suppressed. At first it may be hard because we police ourselves, but if you allow yourself to do it, it can be very healing as you are freeing yourself from the burden of suppressing all of those feelings.
-BONUS Exercise (Game Night): Play games with friends and/or family that were your favorite games as a child. This is also good for healing and nurturing our inner child. Have Fun!! : )))
Here are some videos I made on creativity. The first one is Quotes on Creativity to really help you in allowing your creativity to flow. This is freedom. We become vessels for the Divine. The other video is on the 10 Principles of Creativity in Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way book. Enjoy!
So next week's show will be a show called "Ebb and Flow" by Tameko. She will be relaxing at the Ocean doing a Soul Guidance styled show. So tune in next week at 9 AM EST to see what flows through her for the show.
Have a wonderful and healing weekend, Loves. October is definitely a time of change and rebirth. Here is a great article on how October is the Turning Point month this year that I found recently. Hope it resonates! <3
You can always e-mail us at Soulsistarsradio@gmail.com with any questions, if you want to be on the show or want to contact Tameko for her Chakra Healing, Tarot/Oracle Readings, and/or Guided Meditations services and other projects (like her book Light in You Unlimited coming out soon) and you can contact Jennifer (me) if you are interested in Meta-Soul Coaching sessions or having an Astrological and/or Numerological Report done. : )
As you can see we have a lot of projects and goodies happening right now that we wanted to share with all of you. We will get even more into Light in You Unlimited and Freedom from Ashes during our first Soul SiSTARS teleseminar the first week of December! So stay tuned! : ))) Namaste!

Fatherless Children
Tonight I was joined by Charles Fox, who discussed with me a very important topic, "Fatherless Children."
While we did not go over lots of statistics, in his line of work, Charles deals with young people daily. He has seen firsthand the affects of young people who grow up without a father in the home.
One thing we discussed is how angry our young people seem to be and perhaps, they do not know why.
We touched on how our relationships with our parents, or lack thereof, seems to shape our relationships with ourselves and with others throughout lives for better or for worse.
While I did not advocate blaming the parents, I do feel that our relationships with our parents are key in our how develop our self-worth, including self-respect and self-love.
We also discussed how important it is for young girls and young women to have a positive male role model in their lives if they did not grow up with a father in the home. We tend to discuss the male issues, but females go through their own set of issues as a result of having a healthy relationship with their fathers or any males.
Charles also mentioned that fatherless children is issue in many communities.
I shared my own personal experiences with having a stepfather in the home but this didn't mean he was there mentally and emotionally. We both agreed that this is an interesting dynamic in the home as well.
Needless to say, Charles and I had a very passionate and heartfelt discussion on this topic. I certainly encourage you to check it out in the archives. You can click on the Soul SiSTARS Radio link above to listen to the media player there or visit http://www.blogtalkradio.com/soulsistars.
Next week, we'll be back at our regular time of 9am EST on Thursday, October 13th. I will be doing a show called Creative Flow, which will include some fun ideas and tips for creative writers.
Thank you for listening to Soul SiSTARS! Jennifer and I appreciate your support and positive energy.
Peace & many blessings!

Zen and Inner Alchemy
So today was a really interesting show. This was such a timely show with the Autumn season here in the Northern hemisphere representing the Phoenix rising and the Spring season in the Southern hemisphere representing the butterfly breaking out of the cocoon. Equinoxes are definitely a time for Alchemy.
We started the show off with this quote by Osho to connect Zen and Inner Alchemy since they are closely related:
"Zen is not a believer's world. It is not for the faithful ones; it is for those daring souls who can drop all belief, unbelief, doubt, reason, mind, and simply enter into their pure existence without boundaries. But it brings a tremendous transformation.
Hence, let me say that while others are involved in philosophies, Zen is involved in metamorphosis, in a transformation. It is authentic alchemy: it changes you from base metal into gold. But its language has to be understood, not with your reasoning and intellectual mind but with your loving heart. Or even just listening, not bothering whether it is true or not. And a moment comes suddenly that you see it, which has been eluding you your whole life."
We then got to talking about Zen and living a Zen lifestyle which is simply living a more mindful, simplistic life where we are fully in the NOW. We had some tips to allowing this:
-Getting more intimate with our feelings. Getting out of our head and into feeling whatever feeling comes up allows us to be more present. Living from the heart and feeling is a connection to Truth.
-De-cluttering our life. Cleaning out our cars, houses, work spaces, etc. Letting go of what we no longer need. Keeping it simple in Life. Our Life is a reflection of what is going on inside.
-Detaching from outcomes, people, things, thoughts, feelings etc. Allowing all to flow in and out of Awareness. Simply being the Witness. Knowing that we are Joy and it doesn't come from "out there."
-Embracing our inner child. Having fun. Playing games. Doing things that make us lighten ourselves up and become focused on this present moment more and more.
-Giving our full attention to whatever we are doing right NOW. If we are taking a shower, for example, truly feeling how the water feels on our body and tuning into our senses. This will help us see the miracles all around us and that the ordinary is truly extraordinary.
-Being in Nature. This helps us to be more present and to clear our minds. We can feel the ONEness with ALL and it puts things into perspective for us. This also reassures us that in this moment, there are endless possibilities. We have no limits once we let go of the belief in limits.
We then talked about Inner Alchemy and how the word Alchemy comes from Kemet (ancient Egypt). Alchemy means transformation or metamorphosis.
We both talked about how our inner alchemy has been surrendering more to this moment and allowing everything to be how it is so we can flow with it. This helps us be our true Selves more and be at Peace.
Tameko shared with us a powerful affirmation that is good to incorporate in your day: "All events flow towards a beautiful outcome."
Here is a video I did on Zen proverbs, quotes and sayings. Enjoy!
So next week's show will be Tameko interviewing Charles Fox about "Fatherless Children" This will be an eye opening interview about this topic and how we can heal our past so we can move forward. The time for this show will be different from our regular time. It will be at 11 PM EST. Our shows afterwards will be at 9 AM EST again. Check back soon to see the upcoming shows that we have scheduled. We have some great shows coming up and different projects Soul SiSTARS will be doing in the upcoming months. I am moving soon so I will be back on Soul SiSTARS on Thursday October 27th at 9 AM EST I look forward to being reunited with all of you and sharing new insights then. Have a wonderful weekend Divine siblings! Namaste. <333

Meditation Music Day
Our show for this past Thursday (9/22) was an excellent meditation music day. I played two African Drumming Circle mp3s.
In between the songs, I pulled an archangel oracle card by Doreen Virtue, which was Chakra Clearing. This suggested to get some energy healing work done such as massage, Reiki session, or meditation.
After the second song, I pulled a tarot card for everyone. It was the Page of Cups, which suggested that a message or messages of love would be coming to everyone that day and during the weekend from one or more people. I also suggested that everyone listening be that person to send a loving message to someone that day.
Check out the archives to hear the nice music that really make you want to get up and dance a celebration of life and love.
Tune in next Thursday (9/29/11) at 9am EST, as Jennifer and I will discuss Zen and Inner Alchemy.
Peace & blessings!

Repair vs. Preventive Health Interview
Today we had a VERY informative interview with Amir Muhammad, a very passionate aspiring health and wellness entrepreneur and business owner. He gave us some great tips on how to take preventive measures in regards to our health. Preventive health practices make it so we don't have to take repair procedures (surgery, medicine, etc). This cuts down on not only on a lot of money, time, frustration, and stress, but it can save your life! This can help us live a happy and healthy Life. When our body is healthy, our soul is healthy and vice-versa. When our mind is healthy, our body is healthy. Everything is interconnected. Amir's main message is that the body can heal itself and we can find what we need to prevent disease or heal disease in Nature. Gaia has all that we need to keep our temples in tip-top shape hehe. So some of the tips (be sure to listen to the archived show for the plethora of rich information Amir shared with us) that Amir shared with us this morning were:
-Drinking more water. Try aiming at drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily. Water has so many healing properties. Water and fiber together are great for healthy digestion and elimination.
-Aim at eating 6 small meals a day and eating some healthy snacks in between. This will give your body the energy it needs through-out the day.
-Eating more organic fruits and vegetables. Some fruits and veggies he mentioned were: broccoli (great for women's health), blackberries (very high in antioxidants), blueberries (high in antioxidants), peaches, mangoes, strawberries (high in vitamin c), and acerola cherries (the best fruit for vitamin c intake).
-Cutting back on sugary foods and overcooked, fried, and processed foods. Try eating mangoes or other sweet fruits when transitioning to cutting back on sugary foods and aim at eating foods that are broiled, steamed, and/or fresh.
-Finding a work-out that you can do consistently that you enjoy doing. Finding something fun to you will ensure that you stick with it and it can be a great stress reliever! Here's a great quote by Amir in regards to exercise, "Go at your pace, it's not a race, it's a lifestyle change."

Meditation Music Day
On this morning's show (9/8/11), I played two wonderful and very different meditation songs for our listeners.
I started off the show with Ray Lynch's meditation song, The Temple, which is a beautiful instrumental perfect for sitting and walking meditation, yoga, or tai chi/qigong.
Then, I offered the 48th Verse of the Tao Te Ching, which says:
Learning consists of daily accumulating,
The practice of the Tao consists of daily diminishing;
decreasing and decreasing, until doing nothing,
When nothing is done, nothing is left undone.
True mastery can be gained,
by letting things go their own way.
It cannot be gained by interfering.
Then, I shared the song, Karuna Sagari Ma, by C.C. White, whose CD, This is Soul Kirtan, was released today during Bhakti Fest at Joshua Tree. Check out her website for a free download of the same song I played on the show here ~ http://www.soulkirtan.com/.
Jennifer and I will be back next Thursday, 9/15/11, with our special guest, Amir Muhammad, as he talks with us about repair and preventive health care. Please be sure to join us next week at 9am EST.
Blessings!

Soul Guidance-"Forgiveness"
Hey everyone : ) Our special guest Andrea Medina could not join us today because she is still recovering from hurricane Irene. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by the hurricane on the East coast and we send healing energy and vibes.
So today during our new time slot (9 AM EST) we decided to do a Soul Guidance show, where we allowed our souls to guide us in dialogue. The show that our souls created was basically about forgiveness and healing the past. Some things we talked about:
-Acceptance of the past and acceptance of ourselves and our current situations allows us to move forward.
-Healing the past through acceptance frees us of emotional baggage.
-Letting go of guilt feelings when walking away from certain situations or even family members so we can heal and move forward on our spiritual journey.
-Tameko brought up the story of the Buddha when he left his father's palace and left behind his wife and child in search of the root of suffering and enlightenment. You can see the documentary on the Buddha called "The Buddha" on PBS's website. http://video.pbs.org/video/1461557530/
-Allowing everything to naturally occur and letting go of resistance.
-Choosing Love over fear in every moment.
This show was very emotional and powerful for us as it brought up personal experiences in relation to forgiveness. We really enjoyed seeing how Spirit would guide us for dialogue! Next week we will be having a meditation music show. The following week on the 15th will be an interview with special guest Amir Muhammad about Repair vs Preventive Health.
"Forgiveness means giving up all hope of a better past." ~Lama Sabachthani
I also mentioned A Course in Miracles' definition of forgiveness and here is a video I did on ACIM quotes on forgiveness:

Third Eye Chakra & the 4 Clairs
On Thursday (8/25/11) night's show, I talked about the third eye and the 4 clairs - clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance.
The third eye chakra is located between your two physical eyes. It's color association is indigo and it is the seat of intuition, insight, and even physically helps with your eyes, face, sinuses, and ears.
To help clear and balance this chakra, you can chant, OM (aum). Check out the broadcast to hear me demonstrate it.
I enjoyed discussing the 4 clairs:
Intuitively yours,
Tameko

Breaking Out of the Cocoon
This show was very exciting because there were so many synchronicities with this show topic. The full moon being on Saturday definitely was not a coincidence as the full moon represents shedding what no longer serves you aka breaking out of the cocoon. And in numerology terms the date, 8/11/2011, added up to a "5" day and 5 represents freedom and transformation. So some of the things we talked about tonight were:
-Acknowledging that you have created a cocoon or a "prison" or a box for yourself is the first step to breaking free from it.
-Allowing this transformation/process to take place and naturally run its course. Letting go of resistance and allowing any pain or discomfort during this phase instead of fighting it, will help you break free.
-Thanking the cocoon period because it did serve its purpose in your metamorphosis.
-Having the courage to trust in the process and having the courage to allow the cocoon to fall away. Having the courage to allow the world to see YOU. Your radiant true Self.
-I shared this quote from my blog Fear as a Compass by Ram Dass:
“It’s only when caterpillarness is done that one becomes a butterfly. That again is part of this paradox. You cannot rip away caterpillarness. The whole trip occurs in an unfolding process of which we have no control.” I also have other butterfly transformation quotes here.
-Tameko shared a quote from her blog Journey of a Butterfly: "Transformation is more than a process, it's a way of Life."
-Tameko also talked about her video/blog entry called "A Mid-Life Chrysalis" which can be found here.
-You can also learn more about Butterfly Medicine, like Tameko, was talking about on the show. If you want to research it just google Butterfly Medicine.
-Here's a video I created called Freedom from the Cocoon:
So next week we will have special guest Rachel Richmond for our show on Divine Guidance. We are really excited for that! And we will have all of Rachel's contact information up next week. So tune in for that show on Thursday at 11 PM EST. Also, we will be changing the time slot for this show starting on Aug 25th for our Third Eye Chakra and 4 Clair's show. The time from now on starting on Aug 25th will be at 9 AM EST. So hopefully you can continue to listen to us live with our earlier show time.
